I can’t control:
Everyone else’s happiness or satisfaction regardless of how good my intentions are. As well can’t control how others see or feel if Say no or delegate workload and expectations to others when above my abilities.
I can control:
My work load and setting and meeting personal expectations and not violating my boundaries and limitations, both in personal and professional life.

My Daily Reflection:
Admitting to others weakness and limitations that I have in either my abilities or character.
My Mask-Free Action(s):
Set new found limitations measured against where I believe my expectations should be. Acquire further education or training in order to build on these abilities or qualifications.
Why this matters to me:
I’ve always hated admitting I either couldn’t accomplish or complete a task. Strange because always been a fall on the sword when I’ve made a mistake or error.
