Accept me and that my thoughts, message, and opinions matter. If I find I have not been accepting of myself and open with another. Circle back if doable and be authentic! There is always time in the day to check in 2x even for 5 mins. Suggestion to me: bathroom breaks time if I am trying to avoid check-in.

- Be mindful of my responses but do not hold back my thoughts or opinions. - Check-in with myself 2x a day to see if I am holding back. - Send myself a short EOD based on my communication with others.
Why this matters to me:
I want to be accepting of myself and my voice. The acceptance is in part with confidence. Casts a wider range for others to hear they are not alone and opportunities are out there.
