Ongoing issues with a co-worker (3 years) - excluding me and others from key meetings, not sharing/oversharing information, taking credit for/or not honoring contribution of others. Not changing after multiple discussions and escalations to partner together.
I can control:
Decide if I am willing to address direct with her again. Decide if I am going to ignore the behavior. Decide what I am going to share with her in the future. Decide if I am going to escalate to new Leader and ask for help addressing and/or rescoping my role. Decide if I take to HR Decide to look for a new role

Why this matters to me:
Triggering my value stream and limiting ability to successfully do my job and the type of change I am accustom to delivering /contributing. Not adding the kind of value we owe to shareholders, and limiting exposure promotion/bonus opportunities of myself and others.
