- If I prioritize my life based on "I" vs. "them"
- The expectations that I put on myself

Did I plan my day for "them" or for "me"?

- Stick to my morning routine with ABW - it sets both of us up for a better day.
- Create space for me at least 1x per day
- Prioritize self care - especially the basics like making time to eat.
Why this matters to me:
I want my family to remember me as a present Mother and Wife.
