- People perceiving me as an introvert and attaching negative or vulnerable connotations to that reality.
- Being judged by others on perceived short comings.
- Being loved
I can control:
- Creating real genuine relationships/friendships with like minded people.
- Being respected and admired
- Being liked and creating a bond with people.

- Be the first to speak and use a self assured voice. ( Loud , clear and confident )
- Have a genuine smile
- Have a genuine compliment
- Ask a genuine question and listen!
- Be the first to make a joke. ( Although make sure it isn't forced )
Why this matters to me:
I want to be genuinely happy and live a fulfilled life. I want to crate a certain life for me and my family and I do not want my mask to hinder me from taking on opportunities that can potentially allow me to do so.
