How someone will respond to a tonight conversations
I can't control when these situations will arise. Timing is not up to me
I can't control the outcome of these conversations
I can control:
I can be calm, caring and professional when I have tough conversations
despite the timing I can keep my side of the street clean and handle the conversations as best I can
Despite the outcome I can walk away from the conversations woth a learning experience. However in my experience I need to remember these tough conversations typically go very well and I do have a positive outcome I can believe in the positive despite my fear

1. Have targeted direct sales conversations with customers. Use data and close in asking for the business.
2. Stop being a practice hero and have the same candid sales conversations with customers that I do with sales training
3. Give constructive coaching to Teresa and Lauren when needed.
4. Focus on business objectives. Don't get wrapped up in admin work and procrastination.
Why this matters to me:
I want to perform to my full potential. Limiting myself is not helping anyone.
