Yes! I said no to the sakran call and switiching it to a time I wanted to spend with a friend. I said no to getting up early so that I would feel better rested. I said no to communicating with nico all day long so that I could be in the moment and happy. I said no to cancelling my bible study to go out to dinner! It is 6 PM
Why this matters to me:
I want to be able to set healthy boundaries and stick with them so that I am my happiest self.
