My Daily Reflection:
I said yes to a bunch of responsibilities that I don't feel prepared to do, all because I wanted to impress my new boss. Now I've put off my responsibilities all because I feel overwhelmed with the task I agreed to.
My Mask-Free Action(s):
I took a breath and decided to take care of my mental health first and calmed myself down. I also decided to create a better schedule and stick with it so I don't say yes to everything.
Why this matters to me:
I want to do my best, but I can't do that if I am constantly overwhelmed. I'm trying to be more honest with myself and others, and saying no or asking fro help when needed is something I don't want to keep struggling with.
