I can't control how much studying my students put into their certifying exam.

I can control the amount of information and resources I provide them for their studies.
3 | Do Uncomfortable Work
My Daily Reflection:
I have already studied and passed my own certifying exam, 11 years ago. I put so much effort into preparing for that exam and it paid off. The certifying exam that they are taking is not mine, it doesn't reflect my certification or my knowledge set.
My Mask-Free Action(s):
Hand them the tools they can utilize to prepare themselves and emphasize the importance of studying, the rest is up to them!
Why this matters to me:
I want them to pass and be successful but I do not have to carry the burden if they do not take my advice and put the effort in.
